Since 1996, Corey has been involved in the successful procurement of over 800 hires. Prior to Bridgeway, Corey elevated to Vice President of Sales from Sales Representative of a Fortune 1000 Company in 7 years. In that time, he was involved in creating and executing a recognized talent acquisition campaign which resulted in reduced turnover by over 30%. This program directly resulted in per rep production increases of 21% while adding over 150 individuals. Corey has transitioned that proven hiring process to successfully consummate over 600 custom engagements/placements in diverse industries, disciplines, and company sizes ranging from Fortune 5 to Private Equity Start-Ups.

Joe began his career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Joe fast tracked through this organization receiving promotions from Manager Trainee, Manager Assistant, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager and finally Senior Account Executive for their fleet Services Division in his 4 years there. He next spent 3 years with a major private corporation where he worked with Super Regional/Large Community Banks and financial institutions providing back office outsourcing solutions. This role led him to Allianz Inc., the well known International provider of asset management, insurance, and banking services. At Allianz, Joe assisted fortune 250 and Middle Market enterprises with their credit management programs. Most noteworthy in this role was consultation with a major national bank that resulted in them realizing $10 Million Dollars in bottom line revenue growth through a progressive credit management program.

Veronica Ybarra, Recruiting Manager

Veronica Ybarra began her sales career as a Timeshare Sales Representative with Bluegreen Corporation. She was named "Salesperson of the Year" in her first year with this publicly traded company that was recognized as one of Fortune Magazine's 100 fastest Growing companies. She was quickly promoted into a Senior Sales role and eventually assumed a Branch Sales Management position.
Veronica graduated from Bowling Green State University with a 4.0 GPA as a Broadcast Journalism Major. She worked in the newsroom at Bowling Green's local station (BG 24) and was eventually promoted to anchor. She is also an active member of her Sorority: Kappa Tau Alpha.
Her educational awards include the National Honor Society, Ohio State Board of Education- Award of Merit, Golden Key National Honor Society, United States Hispanic Leadership Institute- Certificate of Merit, and Ohio State Board of Education- Certificate of Recognition for Proficient Honors.

Amber Bogati, Recruiting Manager

Amber Bogati is a Recruiting Manager with the Tax and Accounting Practice of Bridgeway. She is responsible for identifying and maintaining relationships with senior level staff and mid to senior level management professionals within the Tax and Accounting Field. Amber is a Graduate of Kent State University with a Degree in Accounting. She began her career with Grant Thornton as a Tax Accountant where she worked primarily within the Federal Tax Department. Her experience included work with Corporations, S-Corporations, and Partnerships. An initial recruiting call by Bridgeway identified an individual with a strong level of extroversion and impressive consultative mind set that was determined (and confirmed) well suited for a recruiting function and our organization.

Sarah Fisher, Recruiting Manager Accounting & Finance Practice
Sarah Fisher is a Recruiting Manager within the Tax and Accounting Practice of Bridgeway. She is responsible for identifying and maintaining relationships with senior level staff and mid to senior-level management professionals within the Tax and Accounting Field. Sarah graduated Magna Cum-Laude from Arizona State University with a Management Degree from their school of Community Resources and Development. During school, Sarah interned with the Phoenix Zoo where she was given responsibility for the launch of one of their most high profile attractions (ZooLights) and was recognized for her successful marketing efforts resulting in over 22,000 people in attendance on its opening night. Sarah is an avid runner and enjoys travel, most recently completing trips to Mount Verde, Costa Rica and Lisbon Portugal.

Brittany Knost, Recruiting Manager

Brittany Knost is a Recruiting Manager within the Banking Practice of Bridgeway. She is responsible for identifying and maintaining relationships with senior level staff and mid to senior level managers within the banking industry. Brittany graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Human Resources. A renowned program within the University of Minnesota's Curtis L. Carlson School of Management, Brittany was one of 125 selected for entrance to the program out of over 1200 applicants. While attending University, Brittany was an active member of Beta Upsilon Sigma, a well respected Business Fraternity, and was part of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. She also served as one of five state Officers for the Minnesota Business Professionals of America, a young professionals organization serving over 12,000 members.

Katie McVey, Project Coordinator

Behind every great search is a great coordinator who builds the long list of potential impact players for a position. We'll put Katie up against any Coordinator in the industry for this.
Katie began her professional career in sales in the mortgage banking field. She was recruited into the staffing profession with a national firm, promoting to a position of Lead Recruiter within 2 years. In this role, she was monumental in helping her office receive national recognition, being ranked in the top 4 of all offices for 11 consecutive months.
To compliment her strong background, Katie has a BS from Bowling Green State University with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

Alex Hribar, Senior Research Coordinator
Alex Hribar is a Senior Research Coordinator with Bridgeway. She is responsible for preliminary research on new engagements including name gathering, demographic reviews, and market surveys. Alex is a graduate of the College of Wooster with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology. Her research skills were recognized and utilized early as a recipient of grant funding from the Henry J. Copeland Fund to complete an independent study and published dissertation on the Hawaiian culture including an extended sabbatical to Hawaii. She was the Special Events Coordinator of her Sorority (Alpha Gamma Phi) and worked within the school's Human Resource Department. As President of the school's Dance Team and an active member of Northeast Ohio's Dance Community, Alex remains active with teaching dance and Pilates in her spare time.
